Desserts are More than Merely
Spectacular
Toni, the Sweet Art of Celebration, a
full line European style patisserie, was opened in 1994 by
Toni Marie Cox. Toni honed her artistic and delicious skills
as Executive Pastry Chef of Chicago's Mayfair Regent Hotel
and Ciel Bleu. Disney sought her talents to open The Disneyland
Hotel, outside of Paris. After three years in France, Toni
returned and began to supply the Hinsdale area with her fabulous
treats. Her experience, style, and artistry are evident in
the jewel- like pastries created.
Only the finest ingredients are utilized
in this “from scratch” shop. French and Belgian chocolate,
European style butter and the finest grade fruits are transformed
into utterly sumptuous treats of the highest quality and design.
Wedding and celebratory cakes are a specialty.
Whether in need of mini pastries for a
party, a special celebratory cake, a Wedding cake, or just
